- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate client profile records.
- Embrace a learning mindset, actively seeking and incorporating feedback from peers and management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual standards, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, promoting a respectful and equitable workplace environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exemplary work ethic and leadership capabilities.
- High energy and team-oriented approach.
- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, with a preference for luxury retail.
Salary range of $17.00-19.00/hr, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
