1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate client profile records.
4. Embrace a learning mindset, actively seeking and incorporating feedback from peers and management.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual standards, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, promoting a respectful and equitable workplace environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, with a preference for luxury retail.

Salary range of $17.00-19.00/hr, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
