1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through client outreach and development.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections.
5. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintain visual standards.
6. Adhere to company policies and promote a respectful workplace environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within luxury.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
3. Polished and professional appearance.
4. Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

Salary range of $17.00-$19.00 per hour, plus discretionary bonus and commission eligibility.
