- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through client outreach and development.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintain visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and promote a respectful workplace environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within luxury.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $17.00-$19.00 per hour, plus discretionary bonus and commission eligibility.
