- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships through appointments, consignments, and by informing clients of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain comprehensive client profiles and establish enduring relationships with clientele.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling.
- Capability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury environment.
Salary range of $20.00-$22.00 per hour, with eligibility for discretionary bonus and commission.
