- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
- High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $20.00-$22.00 per hour, with eligibility for discretionary bonus and commission.
