- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and various selling techniques, including cross-selling and upselling, to enhance transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated and accurate.
- Engage in continuous learning and feedback reception from colleagues and management to enhance personal and professional growth.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all product collections, utilizing company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury setting.
Salary range of $20.00-$22.00 per hour, with eligibility for discretionary bonus and commission.
