- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships via appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques, including cross-selling and upselling, to enhance transaction value and close sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated and accurate.
- Maintain a proactive learning attitude, seeking feedback from colleagues and management to enhance performance.
- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable workplace environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury or customer service-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
