1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.

5. Collect and update client information to ensure efficient CRM usage.
6. Embrace the clienteling culture to build strong, long-term client relationships.
7. Understand luxury, collections, and fashion trends to advise clients.
8. Work on silhouettes and suggest alternative items to clients.
9. Maintain stock organization and monitor deliveries and availabilities.
10. Communicate out-of-stock merchandise and other pertinent information.
11. Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

1. Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.

2. Outstanding communication and empathetic skills.
3. Strong team player.
4. Ability to multitask and remain flexible.
5. Capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Ability to build a strong and diversified client portfolio.
7. Fluency in English and Italian.

Previous experience in sales, particularly within the fashion and luxury sectors, is preferred.
