- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and development.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
- Maintain a proactive learning attitude, seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic and leadership qualities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Team-oriented with high energy levels.
- Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for prolonged periods.
1-2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment is preferred.
Salary range of $24.00-$28.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
