1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and development.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
3. Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
4. Maintain a proactive learning attitude, seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
5. Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
8. Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Exhibits a strong work ethic and leadership qualities.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
3. Team-oriented with high energy levels.
4. Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for prolonged periods.

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment is preferred.

Salary range of $24.00-$28.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
