- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through client outreach and development of new client relationships via appointments and consignments.
- Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and maintaining client profile records regularly.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and visual standards maintenance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in luxury.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Proficiency in utilizing selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling.
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $24.00-28.00/hr, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
