1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new clientele through appointments and consignments, and inform clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
4. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated and accurate.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge using company-provided training resources to maintain expertise in all collections.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and equitable environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Polished and professional appearance.
3. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in a luxury environment.

Salary range of $24.00-28.00/hr, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
