- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Support management with store opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable workplace environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
Salary range of $22.00-$24.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime and commission.
