- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through client outreach, appointment setting, and consignment development.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and updated client profile records.
- Maintain a proactive learning attitude, seeking feedback from peers and management.
- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist in basic store operations such as opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Luxury retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and handle packages.

Salary range of $26.00-28.00/hr, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
