- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to optimize transactions and enhance sales performance.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated and managed.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and foster an inclusive workplace where all associates are treated with respect.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic and leadership abilities.
- High energy and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $22.00-24.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
