1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to optimize transactions and enhance sales performance.
4. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated and managed.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and foster an inclusive workplace where all associates are treated with respect.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

Salary range of $22.00-24.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
