1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales effectively.
3. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
4. Engage in continuous learning and feedback reception to improve personal and team performance.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while fostering a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and team-oriented mindset.

1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
2. Polished and professional appearance.
3. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $26.00-28.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
