- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exemplary work ethic and leadership abilities.
- High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, ideally within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $22.00-$24.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime and commission.
