- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach, appointment setting, and consignment sales.
- Cultivate new client relationships and maintain existing ones by informing clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve sales metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive client profiles and establish enduring client relationships.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, ideally within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $22.00-25.00/hr, with eligibility for overtime and commission.
