- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Support management with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exemplary work ethic and leadership abilities.

- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury or customer service-focused environments.
Salary range of $22.00-$24.00 per hour, with eligibility for commission.
