- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and improve sales metrics.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
- Embrace a continuous learning mindset by actively seeking and incorporating feedback from peers and management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Support management with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Exemplary work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance at all times.
- Luxury retail sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability for closing shifts at least three times per week, including three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, as well as during annual inventory and the holiday season.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in a luxury setting.
Salary range of $22.00-$24.00 per hour, plus commission eligibility.
