1. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions.
3. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
5. Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
6. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
7. Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
5. Polished and well-groomed appearance.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
3. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.

Salary range of $22.00-$24.00/hr plus commission eligibility.
