1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring regular updates to client profiles.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
6. Support management with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a respectful and dignified workplace environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic and leadership skills, with a team-oriented approach.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Polished and well-groomed appearance.
3. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury setting.
