- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Support management with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Advanced sales techniques and client relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Proficiency in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
