1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using available training resources.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and foster an environment of respect and fairness among associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs.
3. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
