- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to maximize transaction value.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and updated client profile records.
- Engage in continuous learning and feedback reception from peers and management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service setting, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion with awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership abilities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Capability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
