1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through effective client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new clientele via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profile records regularly.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
6. Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury setting.
