- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a robust client base by scheduling appointments and informing clients of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance client experience.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and maintained.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge through available training resources to maintain a high level of expertise on all collections.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering an environment of respect and fairness among all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work closing shifts, weekends, and during the holiday season.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury setting.
