- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Support management with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
- Advanced sales and client relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of product knowledge and industry awareness.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as climbing ladders and lifting packages.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
