1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed of new collection deliveries and brand events.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
4. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, updating client profiles regularly.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge through available training resources.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and promote a respectful and inclusive work environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Polished and professional appearance.
3. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury setting.
