- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and the development of new client relationships via appointments and consignments.
- Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance key performance indicators.
- Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated.
- Continuously seek and receive feedback from colleagues and management to foster a learning attitude.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties, while maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, fostering an environment of fairness and respect among associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
