- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and outreach.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated.
- Continuously seek and incorporate feedback from colleagues and management to improve performance.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and equitable work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary range of $26.00-28.00/hr, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
