1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Strong interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills and team orientation.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Professional appearance and demeanor.

Salary range of $26.00-28.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
