- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and development of new client relationships.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and close sales effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are up-to-date.
- Maintain a proactive learning attitude by seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and visual standards maintenance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster an environment of respect and fairness among all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic and leadership abilities.
- High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $26.50-28.50 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
