1. Act as a liaison for business users in the Finance and Merchandising departments to address BI activities effectively and efficiently.
2. Support users in daily activities, gather internal requests, translate them into technical specifications, and provide assistance.
3. Promote a data-driven culture by maintaining up-to-date documentation and educating end-users.
4. Collaborate with the Kering Group on specific project rollouts.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Experience in a similar position within an international environment is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy, PowerBI, and QlikSense.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical terms.
4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
5. Team-oriented, curious, open-minded, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience in a similar role within an international environment is considered a plus.
