1. Support the General Manager in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities in the region.
2. Conduct weekly report analysis to establish customer segments and develop activities to enhance customer loyalty.
3. Assist in coordinating events and initiatives, including performance monitoring and ROI calculation.
4. Produce performance reports and PowerPoint presentations for ad hoc requests and maintain an updated customer database for CRM projects.
5. Participate in store visits with the General Manager to facilitate communication with Store Managers regarding CRM activities.

1. Recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
3. Possession of a family or student visa.

2. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, though a passion for luxury and sales/marketing is essential.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics.
