Bottega Veneta Brand Manager

- Achieve seasonal and monthly sales targets and ensure regular price sell-through goals are met.
- Collaborate with Selling Management to meet selling goals and service expectations.
- Act as the primary liaison for brand Direct Sales Associates (DSAs).
- Establish strategic partnerships with personal shoppers and top stylists at Bergdorf Goodman.
- Conduct regular product and sales training for Bergdorf Goodman sellers, including daily morning meetings with the selling team and DSAs.
- Develop and manage a calendar of selling events and brand focuses.
- Analyze customer base and apply clienteling guidelines to enhance client relationships and loyalty.
- Increase cross-selling and purchase frequency among existing customers.
- Work with Wholesale Account Management on seasonal buys, providing feedback supported by sales data.
- Monitor seasonal reorder opportunities and permanent stock levels to enhance in-season orders.
- Provide weekly reports to Zone CEO, Wholesale & Concession VP, and Account Management with insights on competitive activity, sales results, and market feedback.
- Support Bottega Veneta and Bergdorf Goodman Visual teams to ensure the sales floor reflects current brand standards and business trends.
- Perform projects and assignments as directed by the Manager, including fulfilling market orders.
- Minimum of 5 years of luxury retail experience, including leadership and sales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment and exceed financial targets.
- Comfortable working autonomously and independently from a large team.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in building relationships with top clients.
- Problem-solving skills with a resourceful and creative approach.
- Working knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, with a focus on leadership and sales.
Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $115,000, plus discretionary bonus.
