1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
3. Support the Store Manager in identifying solutions to enhance sales opportunities.
4. Foster teamwork by sharing information and best practices.
5. Maintain and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book usage.
6. Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
7. Keep stock information current and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
8. Inspire trust and maintain a positive environment, particularly in critical situations.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards.
10. Assess team members' strengths and areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback.
11. Conduct monthly touch base meetings under the supervision of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
12. Ensure all procedures are followed in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

1. Fluency in Dutch and English.
2. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a luxury retail environment.
3. Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in CRM systems and inventory management.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position within luxury retail.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
