Bottega Veneta Boutique Supervisor

- Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
- Support the Store Manager in identifying solutions to enhance sales opportunities.
- Foster teamwork by sharing information and best practices.
- Maintain and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book usage.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Keep stock information current and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
- Inspire trust and maintain a positive environment, particularly in critical situations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards.
- Assess team members' strengths and areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback.
- Conduct monthly touch base meetings under the supervision of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
- Ensure all procedures are followed in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and inventory management.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position within luxury retail.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
