1. Implement visual merchandising guidelines and functions across retail locations.
2. Manage visual merchandising guidelines, display zoning plans, and visual tools.
3. Oversee special projects including store openings, event setups, and pop-up stores.
4. Prepare and present monthly visual merchandising reports.
5. Conduct visual merchandising training for retail store teams.
6. Perform regular store visits in Hong Kong and Macau to ensure compliance with visual standards.
7. Source and coordinate with vendors for props production, seasonal installations, and lightbox installations.

1. Diploma or Degree in Design, Visual Merchandising, or related fields.
2. 6-8 years of experience in visual merchandising within the fashion or luxury retail sector.

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Photoshop.
2. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

A minimum of 6-8 years in the visual merchandising field, specifically within the fashion or luxury retail industry.

Diploma or Degree in Design, Visual Merchandising, or related studies.
