1. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales objectives through comprehensive sales analyses and strategic action plans.
2. Assist in meeting store and individual sales and KPI targets.
3. Mentor, motivate, and retain store employees, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
4. Assist with all facets of store operations and monitor back-office activities to maximize efficiency.
5. Maximize the store's business potential, including sales by department and client loyalty, in line with company strategy.
6. Efficiently monitor clienteling tools.
7. Contribute to building effective and lifetime relationships with both new and existing clientele.
8. Ensure the store's image consistently reflects Bottega Veneta's high standards and luxury retail procedures.

1. Minimum 2-5 years of managerial retail experience, preferably in a luxury product setting.
2. Proven ability to drive results and manage teams of 5-10 employees.

1. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
3. Supportive and hands-on mentality with excellent organizational skills.
4. Fluency in Swiss German and English.

2-5 years of managerial retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
