Bottega Veneta Assistant Store Manager

- Support store operations, including business performance, customer service, and maintaining the company's image.
- Drive the achievement of store sales targets and support team members in meeting individual sales goals.
- Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and support their growth, enhancing individual and store sales.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure quality data management in sales staff client books and propose action plans.
- Assist in recruiting store associates and maintaining a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up steps are taken.
- Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service to clientele, upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions, including opening and closing the store, register management, and back-office procedures.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to work closing shifts, weekends, and during the holiday season.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.
A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within the retail sector is required.
Annual base salary range of $95,000 - $100,000, plus discretionary bonus.
