1. Support store operations, including business performance, customer service, and brand image.
2. Drive the achievement of sales targets and support team members in meeting individual goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and support growth.
5. Monitor and ensure quality of data in sales staff's client books and propose action plans.
6. Assist in recruiting store associates and maintaining a candidate pool.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional service and manage customer relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions, including opening and closing the store and managing back-office procedures.
11. Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
3. Strong knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
4. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

Annual base salary range of $95,000 - $100,000 plus commission eligibility.
