1. Support the achievement of store and individual sales targets.
2. Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department in line with company strategy.
3. Mentor, motivate, and retain store staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
4. Optimize staff allocation in response to business needs.
5. Monitor the efficiency of clienteling tools.
6. Manage store image and operations in accordance with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
7. Oversee stock management to ensure merchandise and service availability.
8. Cultivate effective and enduring relationships with new and existing customers.
9. Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards.

1. Proven experience of approximately 2 years in a managerial role.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage teams effectively.
