1. Support the achievement of store and individual sales targets.
2. Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
3. Mentor, motivate, and retain staff, fostering a cohesive team environment.
4. Optimize staff deployment to meet business needs.
5. Monitor the effectiveness of clienteling tools.
6. Manage store image and operations in accordance with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
7. Oversee stock management to ensure merchandise availability.

9. Deliver excellence in customer service consistent with company standards.

1. Proven experience of approximately 2 years in a managerial role.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage teams.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
