1. Support the achievement of store and individual sales targets.
2. Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
3. Mentor, motivate, and retain store staff, fostering teamwork.

5. Monitor the effectiveness of clienteling tools.
6. Manage store image and operations in accordance with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.

1. Proven experience of approximately 2 years in a managerial role.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English.
