Bottega Veneta Assistant Store Manager

- Support store operations, including business performance, customer service, and maintaining the company's image.
- Drive the achievement of store sales targets and support team members in meeting individual sales goals.
- Maximize the business potential of the store and optimize sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to mentor and coach retail associates, fostering their development and driving overall store sales.
- Partner with the Store Manager to ensure accurate use and quality of data in sales staff's client books and propose action plans.
- Assist in recruiting store associates and maintaining a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff trainings and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service to all clientele, upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions, including opening and closing the store, and managing register and back-office procedures.
- Maintain a fair and respectful environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong adaptability and deep knowledge of the brand's products and philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work closing shifts, weekends, annual inventory, and the entire holiday season.
- Physical ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
A minimum of two years in a managerial role within the retail sector is required.
