1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
2. Support daily store operations, including CRM activities, loss prevention, and human resources management.
3. Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
4. Act as a brand ambassador to enhance sales and motivate the store team.
5. Foster strong client relationships and ensure a unique customer experience.

1. Proven experience in retail management or a similar role in the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of store operations and customer relationship management.
3. Ability to work collaboratively and support a team-oriented environment.

1. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in CRM software and retail management systems.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
