1. Support store operations including business performance, customer service, and brand image.
2. Drive achievement of store sales targets and support team in meeting individual goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
4. Collaborate with Store Manager to mentor and coach retail associates, fostering their growth and sales performance.
5. Partner with Store Manager to ensure quality data management in client books and propose action plans.
6. Assist in recruiting store associates and maintaining a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing client relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions including opening, closing, register, and back-office management.
11. Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

1. Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
2. Strong knowledge of Bottega Veneta products and brand philosophy.
3. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
5. Availability for closing shifts, weekends, annual inventory, and holiday season.
6. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within retail is required.

Annual base salary range of $100,000 - $110,000, plus discretionary bonus.
