Bottega Veneta Assistant Store Manager

- Support store operations including business performance, customer service, and brand image.
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and support team in meeting individual goals.
- Maximize store business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
- Collaborate with Store Manager to mentor and coach retail associates, fostering their growth and sales performance.
- Partner with Store Manager to ensure quality data management in client books and propose action plans.
- Assist in recruiting store associates and maintaining a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing client relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions including opening, closing, register, and back-office management.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong knowledge of Bottega Veneta products and brand philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability for closing shifts, weekends, annual inventory, and holiday season.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.
A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within retail is required.
Annual base salary range of $100,000 - $110,000, plus discretionary bonus.
