1. Support store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service, and brand image.
2. Drive store sales targets and support team members in achieving individual sales goals.
3. Maximize business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
4. Collaborate with the Store Manager to mentor and develop retail associates, enhancing their competencies and supporting their growth.
5. Monitor and ensure the quality of data in sales staff's client books, proposing action plans as necessary.
6. Assist in recruiting store associates and maintaining a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up steps are taken.
8. Uphold and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional service to clientele, managing customer relationships professionally and promptly.
10. Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store, register management, and back office procedures.
11. Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
2. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating organizational awareness and flexibility.
3. Strong knowledge of Bottega Veneta products and brand philosophy.
4. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

Annual base salary range of $100,000 - $110,000, plus discretionary bonus.
