1. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exemplary customer service.
2. Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to educate and engage customers.
3. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
4. Address customer complaints effectively, seeking assistance when necessary to ensure resolution.
5. Stay updated with customer requirements and operational procedures.
6. Monitor daily sales targets and employ sales techniques to achieve them.
7. Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies.
8. Maintain personal appearance in line with company standards.
9. Comply with Security and Health & Safety regulations.
10. Open and close the store in accordance with business needs and security protocols.
11. Perform additional duties within the scope of the Client Advisor role as needed.

1. Substantial experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven experience in customer service with direct customer interaction.

1. Ability to adapt to frequent changes and high-pressure environments.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in initiating contact and communication.
4. Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
5. Fluency in Dutch.

Substantial experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail industry, and experience in customer service with direct customer interaction.
