Bottega Veneta Assistant Store Manager

- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exemplary customer service.
- Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to educate and engage customers.
- Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
- Address customer complaints effectively, seeking assistance when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Stay updated with customer requirements and operational procedures.
- Monitor daily sales targets and employ sales techniques to achieve them.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies.
- Maintain personal appearance in line with company standards.
- Comply with Security and Health & Safety regulations.
- Open and close the store in accordance with business needs and security protocols.
- Perform additional duties within the scope of the Client Advisor role as needed.
- Substantial experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Proven experience in customer service with direct customer interaction.
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in initiating contact and communication.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Fluency in Dutch.
Substantial experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail industry, and experience in customer service with direct customer interaction.
