- Develop and enhance the retail training system in China.
- Design retail training guidelines, policies, and disciplinary rules.
- Create and adapt training materials and programs based on business needs.
- Conduct brand immersion training for new employees.
- Train retail teams on brand knowledge, product details, and collections.
- Organize workshops and training sessions on selling skills, client-telling skills, and motivation.
- Implement and manage the yearly retail training calendar.
- Identify retail training needs and regularly review and adjust training strategies.
- Deliver high-quality training programs and evaluate their effectiveness through KPI analysis and staff feedback.
- Visit stores periodically to assess knowledge, selling skills, and client experience, providing training suggestions and conducting in-store coaching.
- Develop an in-store Brand Ambassador team for daily training and follow-up.
- Manage the retail training budget.
- Ensure quality and cost control of vendors related to training programs, venues, printing, and meetings.
- Design and facilitate training actions based on mystery shopping reports.
- Execute other assigned training projects and tasks.
- Proven experience in retail training management within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing training effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail training or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
