Bottega Veneta Assistant Retail Training Manager

- Develop and enhance the China retail training system.
- Design retail training guidelines, policies, and discipline rules.
- Create and adapt training materials and programs based on business needs.
- Provide brand immersion training for new employees.
- Train retail teams on brand, product knowledge, and collections.
- Organize workshops and training on selling skills, client-telling skills, and motivation.
- Implement the annual retail training calendar.
- Identify retail training needs and regularly review and adjust programs.
- Deliver high-quality training programs and evaluate effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.
- Conduct store visits to assess and improve staff knowledge and skills.
- Develop an in-store Brand Ambassador team for training and support.
- Monitor and manage the retail training budget.
- Control quality and costs of training-related vendors.
- Design and implement training actions based on mystery shopping reports.
- Execute other assigned training projects and tasks.
- Proven experience in retail training management.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and implement training programs.
- Proficiency in analyzing training effectiveness and KPIs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail training or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
