1. Develop and enhance the China retail training system.
2. Design retail training guidelines, policies, and discipline rules.
3. Create and adapt training materials and programs based on business needs.
4. Provide brand immersion training for new employees.
5. Train retail teams on brand, product knowledge, and collections.
6. Organize workshops and training on selling skills, client-telling skills, and motivation.
7. Implement the annual retail training calendar.
8. Identify retail training needs and regularly review and adjust programs.
9. Deliver high-quality training programs and evaluate effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.
10. Conduct store visits to assess and improve staff knowledge and skills.
11. Develop an in-store Brand Ambassador team for training and support.
12. Monitor and manage the retail training budget.
13. Control quality and costs of training-related vendors.
14. Design and implement training actions based on mystery shopping reports.
15. Execute other assigned training projects and tasks.

1. Proven experience in retail training management.
2. Strong understanding of luxury retail operations.

4. Strong organizational and project management skills.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail training or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
