1. Support the Merchandising Planning team during official forecast periods and prior to seasonal buys.
2. Collaborate with the Merchandising Team to identify growth opportunities and address business challenges, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
3. Prepare analyses and research to support the creation of store and department plans in collaboration with Retail, Merchandising, and Finance teams.
4. Assist in developing markdown strategies that align with gross margin objectives, in collaboration with local and global finance teams.
5. Communicate effectively with Worldwide Italy Offices on planning components related to the Merchandise Plan.
6. Prepare analysis and quarterly reports for the Merchandising Team and update weekly business recaps.
7. Update selling reports and provide historical recaps to analyze and communicate business performance.
8. Analyze current trends and revise in-season plans for sales and profitability based on actual performance.
9. Manage the Replenishment business, overseeing sales projections, assortment mix, and inventory flow.
10. Analyze selling by model, fabric, color, and size for the replenishment program to provide feedback to the Worldwide team.
11. Monitor weekly store inventory for the Replenishment business to ensure stock-to-sales maximization and achieve Global MOS targets.
12. Support stores with follow-up on sales, sell-through, merchandise transfers, and reorders for replenishment styles.
13. Manage stock levels to maximize inventory within stores through transfers and consolidations.
14. Coordinate product for new store openings related to replenishment styles.
15. Provide periodic reporting on business performance.
16. Contribute recommendations and analysis to the Merchandising team related to driving long and short-term business goals.
17. Develop, maintain, and update tools and reports to respond to business needs.

1. At least 1-2 years of previous planning or allocating experience.

1. Strong planning skills, including retail math and inventory flow.
2. Ability to prioritize multiple projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
3. Exhibit a strong work ethic, effective leadership skills, and outstanding organization and attention to detail.
4. Problem-solving skills in a self-sufficient and resourceful manner.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal aptitude.
6. Ability to work productively in a team environment while also working autonomously.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

1-2 years of experience in planning or allocation within the retail or luxury fashion industry.

Salary range of $27.00-$29.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
